The Victim Information & Notification Everyday (VINE) system allows victims and other individuals to check on the status of persons being held in jails and prisons throughout the state of Oregon. The system will to check the status of inmates and also allows in individual to set up alerts so they can be notified when an inmates’ status changes such as being released or transferred to another facility. The VINE system can be accessed through the internet at www.vinewatch.com or by phone 1-877-OR-4-VINE. You will need to create a user name and password to access the system for both internet and phone access.
